Location and comfort

This was an excellent hotel. Spacious. Clean. Great beds. Excellent daily cleaning. Wonderful breakfast. The room had a coffee percolator and provided coffee in specially prepared sachets. I had a really great view to which I woke up each morning. The hotel is well located near a busy square which was full of life in the evenings and a further 7 mins down the road, the main cathedral and town centre. A big supermarket was also close by. I walked everywhere except for when I made tripe to the zoo and botanical gardens.

Very friendly staff, Breakfast was good (for mexican Standards), central location

This was such a surprise, so much better than Holiday Inn Express locations back home in the UK. Room was spacious with a fabulous view from the large window and the bed was seriously comfortable. The buffet breakfast was hugely better than we expected. Even the coffee was delicious. We rarely stay in chain hotels and only stayed here for convenience so we were extremely surprised at how good it was. Outstanding value for money!

The room was sunny and spacious and the staff was helpful. They had a pretty good variety of dishes for breakfast. The hotel's location is 3 blocks away from Parque de la Marimba and Marimba Museum which was nice. There's also a big supermarket very near. Hairdryer was pretty 'strong' - which is not always the case in Mexican hotels ;)
